Do you have a preference for the sex of your new puppy? We try to accommodate these preferences, but are you ok with the opposite sex if one of your preferred sex is unavailable?

Who are the members of your household? Do you have children who live in the house or visit regularly, or do you plan to have children?

On average, how long will the puppy be alone each day? Where will he/she be left when you are out of the home?
